  I've been hiring cruisers on the Norfolk Broads for 25 years .. from many great boatyards, but Swancraft isn't one of them! As much as many of the employees try to make it a great boatyard its dragged into the mire by the 'boss', Tony. I've NEVER been treated so badly by any customer facing individual in my life. If you hire a boat, Tony clearly likes to make it clear that he is the boss and you, the customer, will do things how he wants, when he wants. When we rang the reception bell to 'check in', he came storming out, clearly upset that we'd interrupted his lunch. He told is to 'Wait!' and walked away, audibly saying 'Bloody people!'. Unbelievable. If you like to be insulted and wish to start your holiday under a dictatorship then Swancraft is for you!
